Is Hummingbird SOCSK Client nedded for ISA Server ?

Hello everybody,
I have a following scenario which I need help :
My ISP provides Internet services only via its SOCKS Server,
and I can configure my clients' Internet Explorer to access Internet via ISP's SOCKS server
without any problem.
However, what I want is to use a Microsoft ISA Server in my LAN and have my clients to use
my own ISA Server when accessing Internet. I want to configure Microsoft ISA Server
to use ISP's SOCKS server as an upstrem SOCKS proxy.
My question is this : Can Microsoft ISA Server be configured as
a SOCKS Client by itself or should I use Humingbird SOCKS client on ISA Server system
to make this scenario work ?
