I installed V8 but i couldn't still get it to work and then i inserted
PROXY-NAME @=xxx.yyy.zzz.com:8080
Now the HTTP traffic works as well, but previus i didn't need this line and
would prefer to have it without the proxy server because it is to slow.
Is there a way to fix this ??

I have reinstalled my machine with Windows 2000 and reinstalled Socks.
Now i can't use Explorer or Netscape to use the socks to http pages, Ftp
works perfect.
And i can do Telnet or Ftp through the socks it is only Http that can't be
run through the socks any more.
Do any here know why i see this behavior ??
