Hi,

Today I downloaded socks client v8.00 from your site
for Windows/2000. However when I try to install it in
windo "Hummingbird Setup Wizard", during "Configuring
Windows Installer" I am prompted with below error:

"Windows Installer Could not be Installed on this
machine. Instmsi.exe failed with error code 18.".

can you help me to further on correcting this error so
as i can complete the installation, so as to evaluate
if we can go-ahead with Hummingbird solution for our
requirement.
