automated response to login prompt for socks 5

Is it possible to configure the proxy to automatically provide the
userid and password to a socks5 server? I have a number of programs
which visit various servers collecting metrics and updating a central
database which I cannot run from windows 2000 as a scheduled task.
Instead, I must login, authenticate to the socks server and then run the
programs.
Please advise.
