Socks client does not appear to work running under Win2000 pro. A trace
indicates the socks client does not intercept the packets and route to
the socks server.

* Registry settings look good.
* Installed and running from an administrator account.
* Copied functional socks.cfg from Win/NT.

What am I missing?
